the Voyage De'Hermes Portfolio, by Jean ‘Moebius’ Giraud.
Moebius produced these paintings for the ‘Voyage De’Hermes’ line of cosmetics and perfumes that Hermes released back in 2009. I am not sure if Hermes used these as advertising. I think they might have been used as an in-house portfolio, shown to the cosmetics design team at Hermes in order to inspire them for the direction and color palette of the season.
the perfumes and some of the makeups are still available at retailers, but Hermes probably does not carry much stock in their actual stores from this line of merchandise. As far as the artwork from this campaign is concerned, I have not seen it listed anywhere else, and Hermes has not reused it as far as I know. The merchandise uses a similar color palette, but that is really all that remains beyond these 9 paintings.
